Liliana needs our help!

Once in awhile you read something like this:  http://www.nogreaterjoymom.com/2011/08/because-it-is-our-problem.html and you feel like you just have to do something to help!  Even if it is just getting the word out, this poor baby can't afford to be ignored any longer.  Please help if you can.
